The Marathon
For many runners, the marathon is the ultimate bucket list race — a challenge that pushes you physically and mentally. After coaching thousands of marathoners and pacing many to their goals, I can confidently say: the marathon is as much about the journey as it is the destination.
I design this program to guide you through that journey with structure, support, and strategy.
The minimum effective training window I recommend is 16 weeks — time to build your base, go through the adaptation phase, add in key workouts and long runs, and taper smart. But beyond the physiology, there’s you — the person doing the work. That’s where my coaching approach begins.
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter plans. I coach the individual as much as the event — sometimes even more. I take into account your running background (even if it’s minimal), injury history, work and life schedule, and your personal goals. Your training plan should reflect your life, not the other way around.
Every week, I build your training based on your previous workouts, feedback, and what’s coming up in your life — from travel to stress to recovery needs. You’ll get direct communication with me, real-time adjustments, and ongoing mindset support to help you show up fully — not just for race day, but for the entire process.
What you’ll get:
Weekly personalized training plans, delivered via Final Surge or your preferred platform
Real-time adjustments based on your feedback and evolving schedule
Direct access to me for questions, support, and race prep
Mindset coaching and holistic strategy tailored to your journey
Race planning, pacing guidance, and full support through training and taper
If you're ready to train with intention and respect the distance, I’d love to help you get there — and enjoy the process along the way.
