Coach Roberto
Olympian. Pacer. Coach. Runner who still loves the long run.
I’ve spent my entire adult life running — professionally, personally, and now, as a coach. I represented Equatorial Guinea in the 1500m at the 2004 Athens Olympics and went on to become a multi-time U.S. national trail running champion and an elite pacer for major marathons around the world.
But what matters most to me now is helping you become the runner you want to be.
Whether you're training for your first 10K or chasing a sub-3 marathon, I meet you where you are and coach the whole person — not just the race. That means personalized plans based on your goals, schedule, life stress, and experience, plus real-time feedback and mindset support along the way.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve coached thousands of runners across every ability level — from celebrities like Casey Neistat, Andi Dorfman, and Carole Radziwill, to everyday athletes balancing careers, families, and big goals.
What unites them isn’t talent — it’s willingness. Willingness to show up, stay curious, and keep going. That’s where I come in. I’ll help you train smarter, not just harder, and achieve goals you may not think are possible yet.
If you’re ready for coaching that respects your life, your body, and your ambitions, I’d be honored to work with you.
