For many runners, the 5K is the first step into the world of road racing — and often the gateway to exciting, manageable distances like the 10K and Half-Marathon. Whether you're aiming to complete your first race or to run faster than ever, I’ll help you get there with a plan that fits you.

Most non-sedentary runners can be ready to tackle a 5K through Half-Marathon distance in 10–12 weeks. That training window gives us time to build your base, go through the adaptation phase, integrate workouts and long runs, and then taper properly so you arrive fresh and confident.

But a great plan is about more than mileage.

My coaching approach looks at you as a complete system — not just a runner, but a human with a real life. I take into account your background (even if you’re starting from scratch), injury history, mindset, schedule, and personal goals. Your plan adapts to you — not the other way around.

Each week, I’ll send a personalized training plan based on your progress and schedule. You’ll have direct access to me for questions, feedback, and race-day planning.
