For many runners, training isn’t about a single race — it’s about growth. Each season, each distance, and each race builds on the one before it. Whether your next goal is a half marathon, marathon, or a series of races throughout the year, my approach is designed to support your long-term progress — not just your next finish line.

After coaching thousands of runners and pacing many to their goals, I can confidently say: running well isn’t just about logging miles — it’s about understanding your body, building consistency, and finding joy in the process.

My coaching provides structure, strategy, and support for every phase of your running journey. While the minimum training window for a race is typically around 16 weeks — enough time to build, adapt, and taper — the deeper work happens over time: refining your pacing, improving recovery, and learning how to train smarter year after year.

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter plans. I coach the individual as much as the event — sometimes even more. Your background, injury history, work and family schedule, and goals all shape the way we train together. Your plan should fit your life, not the other way around.

Every week, your training evolves based on your progress, feedback, and what’s happening in your life — from travel and stress to recovery and upcoming races. You’ll get direct communication with me, real-time adjustments, and mindset support to help you show up fully — not just for one race, but for your ongoing development as a runner.
