Not training for a specific race right now? That’s totally okay. You don’t need a finish line on the calendar to work with me.

Many of the athletes I coach come to me without a clear race goal — they simply want to feel better, get fitter, stay consistent, or reconnect with running after time away. Sometimes, the right race or distance finds you after the rhythm of training has already begun.

This program is designed for those in it for the long haul — runners who care more about the journey than a single event. Whether you're building a base, maintaining fitness, or just want expert guidance to support your running lifestyle, I’ll help you create a sustainable, enjoyable plan that evolves with you.

We'll work together to set long-term fitness goals and take a 360° holistic approach. Because you’re not just a runner when you're running — you're an entire human navigating work, life, stress, and everything in between.

What you’ll get:

  • Weekly personalized training plans based on your current fitness, goals, and life schedule

  • Flexibility to shift focus as new goals emerge

  • Direct communication with me for feedback, motivation, and mindset coaching

  • A long-term partnership focused on growth, consistency, and joy in the process
